Return Policy for Individual Sellers
Items purchased from individual sellers are not eligible for returns unless seller agrees to accept a return. If the item you have purchased does not meet the description, authenticity or condition stated in the listing then the seller should cancel the sale and offer a full refund and accept the return of the item.
If you have changed your mind about an item you have received, you have the option to re-list your item free of charge and to receive payment from the resulting sale. Re-listing an item takes less than a minute.
Within 72 hours of receiving your order, re-listing your item is free of charge. You’ll keep 100% of your earnings from the sale.
After 72 hours of receiving your order, there is a the norm processing fee for relisting your item.
